It was great to meet so many young people interested starting a career with 3D animation and Visual Effects over the weekend at Einstieg Cologne.

Einstieg is an event that takes place in various cities throughout Germany with the goal of helping young people get started on a career by bringing Companies, Universities, and Schools together in one place. We were there to answer questions about studying 3D Animation and Visual Effects at Pixl Visn Media Arts Academy as well as how we could help students begin their career working in Film, Television and Video Games.

The two day event at the Koelnmesse hall kept us busy with speaking to everyone who stopped by about our 3D Animation and Visual Effects Program. We enjoyed meeting every one that came out and are looking forward to helping some of you on your way to becoming professional visual effects artists.

While we were at the event we introduced a brand new Introduction to 3D Animation workshop for 2012. Our new workshop will teach you how to create a Pirate cove in 3D, you can learn more about the class on our site.
